
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Defective or damaged products may be returned for credit only by obtaining a Return Authorization (R.A.). All returned products must be received at PCS no more than thirty (30) days after date of invoice, with a copy of the original invoice from which the items were purchased.
All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at customersupport@thecellularphoneshop.com to obtain a Return Authorization "RA", and the address for return.

Do you offer a warranty for the products?
All products come with the manufacturer warranty as appropriate. TheCellularPhoneShop.com does not warranty any of the products sold on the site.
